We got tired of watching good work disappear
A permanent home for the projects that people build in their own time, out of their own pocket, because somebody had to.
Our Story
The problem we kept running into
A surgeon runs bone-density camps on Sundays. A recruiter spends her Saturdays telling Class 12 students which careers exist. A retired teacher runs evening literacy classes for the women who clean her building. None of them were asked to. All of them kept going.
And almost none of it is written down anywhere you could point to. It lives in a WhatsApp group, a phone that got replaced, a spreadsheet on a laptop that died. When the person who started it steps back, years of relationships and hard-won trust go with them. The next person begins from nothing.
That is the whole reason this exists. Write it down as you go, credit the people who helped, and leave something the next person can pick up.
Work that outlasts the person who started it
A project should not depend on one person's memory. It should be legible to a new volunteer, a sceptical donor, or whoever runs it in ten years.
What we are actually building

- • Credit for co-leads, volunteers and the experts who help
- • A running log of what you did, added while you remember it
- • Numbers with a history, and the changes numbers cannot show
- • A clean handover when someone else takes the project on
How it differs
Choices we made deliberately
Your profile and your projects are one thing
Your page lists what you lead and what you help with. Someone can see your whole contribution without you sending five links.
Activities and results are kept apart
Eight seminars is not 630 students guided. We record both, separately, because collapsing them is how reporting stops meaning anything.
Nobody disappears into the word team
Every person gets a name, a role and a note on what they actually did. They confirm it themselves, and they can hide from public view while staying on the team.
You do not have to sign up to be listed
Our team can write up a project first and invite the person to take it over. They set their own password — we never do — and nothing reads as confirmed until they agree.
Verification that admits its limits
We check profiles and projects separately, against evidence you send us. The badge means we reviewed it and it held up. It does not mean we audited every figure, and we would rather say so than imply more.
Who we are, and who we are not
ThreeOasis is independently developed by GullySystem. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Landmark Worldwide, the Self-Expression and Leadership Program, or any specific corporate or NGO entity.
Anyone doing this kind of work is welcome here, whatever brought them to it.
